Yes, usenet is a series of world wide discussion groups.  There maybe
almost 20,000 groups now adays, and it's constantly growing. I don't know
what windows programs are speech friendly and a good choice for usenet.
Perhaps you can send a message to one of the windows screen access lists
and ask there, or someone here has further details.  Have a good day.
