Aloha, Y'All!

VICUG NYC's next General Membership Meeting will be held on TUESDAY, APRIL
FOURTEENTH, from 6 to 8 pm.  The April fourteenth meeting will feature a
presentation by Hervee Blumers, Senior Associate at De Witt and Associates,
who are located in Midland Park, New Jersey.  Mr. Blumers will be
demonstrating two screen magnification programs for Windows 95, AI Squared's
ZoomText LP-Windows and Henter-Joyce's MAGic.  For background information on
the software Mr. Blumers will be demonstrating, and for reviews of screen
magnification packages, consult:

The April 14 meeting will also mark the launching of a LOW-VISION Special
Interest Group, or SIG.  A full listing of VICUG NYC's SIGs can be found at:

Please note that membership dues will also be collected at the April 14th
meeting, so please have your wallet or a check handy.  Membership dues are
$12 for the full calendar year.

VICUG NYC meets on the second Tuesday of every month at the The Associated
Blind building, which is located at 135 West Twenty-third Street, between
Sixth and Seventh Avenues, in New York City.  If you have any questions
