Kaye,
Windows 3 and Windows 95 use different software for a direct cable
connection so you would need to purchase a third party product to set up
your "network". PCANYWHERE and LAPLINK are two good products for this
purpose.
Be advised that LAPLINK will be a "file transfer only" network.
PCANYWHERE **might** let you access and run some of the Win3 software from
the 95 PC. And for either of these two products there is a special null
modem cable.
I am not familiar with FILEPRO, so I defer to others to answer part 2 of
your question.
