Windows doesn't keep track of such low level information, so you're safe
in just rearranging the drives as you see fit. The next time you power
up, your BIOS may or may not complain that the current configuration
doesn't match the saved CMOS settings. If it's set to Auto-detect, you
probably won't hear a peep. Otherwise, you'll likely be taken to your
Setup screen, where you'll have a chance to tell the machine what's
installed where. Do so, then save your changes and exit. It's really
that simple.
