LCD projectors are only good for VERY SMALL audiences -- I
would
estimate 10 or less. The displayed image is very dim, washed
out,
and fuzzy.
This is only if you have a *cheap* (or old) LCD projector. :) I
strongly recommend InFocus (http://www.infocus.com/). They have a
complete line, ranging from low- to high-end. I haven't looked a
*whole* lot at them, but it seems that the main thing you pay for is how
bright the projector is (measured in lumens). If I remember right, the
model I used for teaching some computer classes was the LP720, but
that's been a while. :)
