This was usually done by digging a hole in the ground, then pouring in
the meat (probably wrapped up i leaves) together with th hot stones.
Then shoveling the soil back on top of it. After a few hours its ready.
Those cooking holes and the stones which are often split by the heat,
are what archaeologists often find at old settlings.
