My daughter (now 2), mainly has allergies to corn, citrus and
berries. She has been able to have a small cup or 2 of milk at
daycare with no trouble. However, this past 2 weeks I've been testing
her on butter, and she exhibits the allergic shiners, and possibly a
red bottom. Anyone have problems with butter and not milk? Is
something more concentrated in butter? I thought butter has a low
amount of proteins, so I was testing that first. (The good news is
that my son, now 4, seems to be ok so far with the butter- used to be
if it just touched his skin, he'd break out, eczema, shiners.)
