In response to Heidi's question about substituting dry-milk in bread machine
recipes: I use WATER and it works nicely. Milk is usually added to bread
recipes for nutritional purposes. The bread turns out just fine without it.
Sometimes I use the powder from a tofu beverage product called "Better Than
Milk" but you would have to check the ingredients over carefully to see if
you have problems with any of the ingredients.
