I wanted to tell you about my girlfriend Ivy..but....the Ivy querry reminded
me of:

One of my last residences in NYC was the delightfull; airy; apartments ( La
Touraine)overlooking Morningside parc between 115 and 116.on Morningside
Drive..both buildings are (?) Ivy encrusted; and have not suffered
significant damage to the masonry because as a Columbia botanist told me
there is one Ivy that is suitable for buildings; as its pads adhere
themselves to the surface of the brick; and not in the brick ...anyone know
this type of Ivy or am....
 I beating around the bush ...
Speaking of Ivy...I got poison ivy.....I purchased $30 bucks in salves.
...nada.
.the red neck remedy which I haven't dare to try is to scour the affected
area then rub gasoline into it;
Iv'e gone native ;but this might be overboard....any home cures......
