Hello,

I have already sent this message but I did not receive anything back.

A client of mine bought an HP1150C Printer/Scanner/copier. Although the

system seemed to work fine at the begining, he started getting errors
after some time working on the computer. The error he gets is always
the same and is related to the DTOLE program that is part of the
installion for the scanner. I have tried to change the drivers with the

latest drivers on HP's Web site but I still get the same error. The
printer works OK, he just cannot use the scanner if I disable the
software. Has anybody ever come across this problem and solved it?

The system is a Pentium II 350MHz, with 128Mb RAM, Seagate 6.5Gb,
Creative Banshee with 16MB, LIVE and DVD with MPEG drive and is running
WINDOWS 98.

Regards
Joseph Lanzon
