This has to be an important way forward.  Never mind JUST
coeliac.  If we can pull together the various food allergy
and intolerance groups under one umbrella for this purpose,
then lots of clout is available.

You'll excuse my cynical smile though.  How many celiac
groups have you in the US?  The situation isn't much better
here, just better hidden.  If coeliacs can't even work
together what's the chance of working with others who only
have a similar problem, not even the same disease?
