     Thanks to the kindness of a French friend, I have finally been
able check the GF status of Amora and Savora, French mustards that are
sold in many supermarkets here in the U.S.
     The French manufacturer reported that all varieties of AMORA
mustards a re GF. Savora, made by the same company, IS NOT GF and
should be avoided.
