hello to all the people who are fed up of seeing Modified Starch
on labels and not knowing which type of starch it is.
I wish the manufacturers would make it clear to all us celiacs, don't
you?
Luckily, here in England we have a handbook that we can obtain from the
celiac society. It is really useful and gives information about
gluten-free foods.
I would like to hear from anyone who thinks the same as me.
Soon be 1999, I can't believe it!
