I'm with this list for a few monthes and noticed some "strange" reactions
of people to Gluten.
First it was about milk from cows drinking beer. the protain from the beer
will not be found in the milk !
second, about the shampoo containning gluten. why should it affect us ?
the next step will be avoiding touching wheat products or shaking hands
with people who eat gluten (cuase the "contain" gluten).
People must relax about gluten. i'm 9 years gluten-free... sometimes i
accidently eat somthing with gluten (without knowing .. like in
restorants). i eat sliced meat even if 2 weeks ago they used the same
knife to cut bread... and on the last test i got "anti gliadin negetive"
result.
so. gluten is not poison, it will make u feel a bit uncomfertable, but not
kill anyone.
what's the point of being so careful about healthy life - gluten free when
you are not enjoying them ?
