Since I've been on this plateu for a while, I'm thinking of
changing tactics. My mom argued in favor of a fruitarian diet, or at
least tried to, when she started her arguement in the usual female
non-confrontational way (by asking questions), I just said NO!
I bought Dr. Atkin's diet at the grocery store, but I'm wondering
about other paleolithic diets. Who wrote "Stone Age Diet," and what are
the signifigant differences between it and NeanderThin? Any other good
books out there?
