No problem. Easy.

Take a tablespoon of 'Natural Vegetable Fiber', natural psyllium fiber. Mix
it in a tumbler of water, and swallow it at once.
Follow up with a tumbler or two of tea, coffee, water, lemonade . . .

It is easier to get it to mix if you damp it first with whisky or gin to
make a thick paste, and then add the water. If you are a non-alcohollie,
then a drop or two of washing-up detergent liquid in the first tablespoonful
of water will do just as well.

It is the ground-up shell of a seed; it swells to many times its volume in
water. It mixes with your food and softens and moistens it in the gut. It
is absolutely non-reactive, indigestible, inert otherwise. Calling it
'fiber' is false, but reassuring to ignoramuses.

You can get it in the Pharmacy Dept of every supermarket

If one daily Tblsn is not enough, take one am and one pm; if too much, take
less. Harmless, cheap, unfailing. Do NOT buy expensive drugs like Exlax or
Metamucil, some of which produce moisture by irritating the gut wall.
