I appreciate the tips on where to get good clam chowder. Living on the LI
south
shore with fresh seafood in abundance I do not have to go far to enjoy
eating. My
personal favorite is barbecued shrimp done in the back yard. Jumbo shrimp,
deveined, wrapped in bacon, skewered then barbied over an oak & hickory
fire.
Serve with Pikapeppa sauce and a cold Pilsner Urquell and you're talking
fat
city.
