     I get a lot of it in some messages but none in others.  There were no
mime encoding lines in your message.  I assume it is only coming from list
members who have their mail readers set to MIME instead of plain text and
the gateway does not strip the garbage the way other gateways do.  This is
the only list I'm on that I get the MIME encoding lines in the messages and
if its annoying to me, a partly sighted person who is still able to jump
ahead in the message, I hate to think how it must be for totally blind
people who have to listen through all the garbage before getting to the
actual message.
