My understanding is that they are fabricated using a .18 micron process
rather than the .25 that is used now...
Higher clock rates at lower temperatures/voltages are the main advantages of
this...as for the architecture, I don't believe there is any difference,
although I have heard rumors that 1 133 FSB might be supported, but Intel
seems to favor rambus memory over sdram, so who knows until they confirm
it...
