Some AGP video chipsets (perhaps especially the Intel i740) have
trouble working with some "Super" Socket 7 (100 MHz bus, which you want
for the 350) motherboard chipsets (perhaps especially from SiS or ALi,
and maybe older Via although I believe the Via VP3 is OK).
I cannot vouch for either Diamond or Soyo....
