I have a 486DX-100 that has 4 72 pin simm sockets on the board. According
to the user manual I can install just one 32 Mbyte 8X32 simm to give me 32
Megs.

Most of the 72 pin simms seem to be EDO Ram chips. Will there be a
problem using EDO ram in this computer? Also if I buy more memory do I
need to buy only EDO ram or can I mix them?

Should I expect any speed improvement with the EDO Ram?
