Your BIOS doesn't support large drives.  The only ways tha tyou can go
are:
1) Get a drive manager program that allows the BIOS to see the entire
drive using a software overlay.  If you do, keep a special boot disc
with the overlay on it handy for emergencies and back up the original
manager software.
OR
2) Contact the manufacturer about a BIOS upgrade.
OR
3) Replace the motherboard (only $60 or $70)if it isn't a proprietary
model.  Probably the best long-term solution.
