Hmm... It could be that NT is giving the card or monitor a different
frequency. Thus the monitor is flickering. I have installed only 2 NT
machines with a 9440 video card. BTW, is it a PCI card? Is the video
taking up an IRQ? If so is the IRQ being shared by another device?
Windows 95 OSR2 supports PCI Steering, sharing IRQ's. Where as Windows NT
does not. So your Flickering could be also coming from IRQ sharing.
