No recommendations on brands, but if you ask me, forget about spending a
ton on a brand that might still not be quite enough and replace the fan.
Most of those fans are pretty standard, I replaced many of them. Take the
supply apart, take out the fan, go you your nearest electronic supply house
that sells fans, zero down on the right spec, and then ask to hear them
running. I have done the same and I must say the case is nice a quiet. Make
sure you get a fan with at least the same airflow, more if you can, and try
for a ball bearing, they last longer (theoretically). TTYL
