Thanks for the tips on cast iron pans and teflon fumes, I use teflon but
knew nothing about the fumes.  They used to take canaries down into the
mines to check for gas leeks, that's good enough for me, I'm on my way
to my mothers to get one of her already well seasoned cast iron pans
