Very good posting. I have added low carb veggies and it has helped a lot
with constipation. My son used to be horribly constipated and the stools
were dense and thick, now they are better.
I'd like to hear people's favorite lo carb veggies. I also find he does
better on raw veggies, not cooked. The cooked are too sugary.
