Sally Fallon and Mary Enig are considered reliable sources on this
list. They have done a lot of research and have published other
articles on hunter/gathers. Try reading the paleodiet archives at
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/paleodiet.html

Paleofood is a list dealing with a hunter/gather way of eating which
includes animal products in the diet. We ARE promoting the consumption
of animal products here.
