Could anyone please tell my what:  "Systolic Hypertension" is and how can
one overcome it.
Could the Paleo diet be a start?

For me, the PaleoDiet cured systolic hypertension, which is a higher than
normal reading in the first or higher BP number, without necessarily having
the second, or diastolic number elevated.

So I recommend at least a trial of this eating plan for that problem.
