I get my unrefined sea salt at a natural food store.  There's a fish market
which carries the same product.  At first, I bought the chunky, gray salt
which you described; it was a bit of a pain to use, because I needed to
grind it with a mortar and pestle beforehand (unless it was being added to a
stew).  Then, I found the same salt, pre-ground -- much more convenient (by
the way, the salt looks mostly white after it has been finely ground).

Another option is mineral salt, which includes far more minerals than sea
salt.  Unfortunately, most natural food stores don't carry it, so you'll
probably need to order it if you're interested.
