Thanks for the tip; I'll be extra careful the next time I chew almonds.  I
would love to supplement my diet with a moderate quantity of nuts; the
problem with a meat and vegetable diet is that it doesn't offer much in the
way of snack food, besides pemmican and carrot sticks.
