vegan diet, has been going away since adding raw meats to my diet. I'm

You know, the usual ones they tell you to stay away from. All the refined and
processed products containing grains and sugar. Also, dairy causes stuffy head,
allergy type symptoms. And here I thought I was getting colds all the time!!
