I scanned my hard disks for that file.
It is not on my desktop computer using Win 95a.
But it is on my laptop using Windows 95B (OSR2) and I could send you
a copy of the DLL file.
The version I have may not work on your computer as
you are using Windows 95a. It would depend if the DLL is backward
compatable or not.
