Dear Barry,
Recall that even one non paleo item can upset your weight loss.
Try very, very fatty beef or other meat and don't add ANY non paleo items.
I sure lost a heck of a lot of weight on meat and fat only, NO processed meats.
Too bad I fell off the wagon and added the macadamia nuts and the oscar
meyer bacon!
