Unfortunately, physical resemblance is not nutritionally relevant. One
characteristic which we know to have nutritional relevance is lipid
composition. Compared to wild game, cow meat has 7 times more saturated
fat, and 5 times less polyunsaturated fat. I would call that "very" different.

It might not be, but the composition of the fat is another issue entirely.
