Also, if memory serves correctly, Hellers are now somewhat distancing themselves
from the reward meal concept (it's still there, but there are a lot more
restrictions on it). In general, it seems everybody in the low carb club
ends up going closer to the fairly simple, 'low' (rather than just restricted)
carb regiment. (Sears is another author who now says eat fewer carbs to lose
more weight, but I am also talking about your average dieters who discover that
lower carbs and no cheating works better for them).
