Feh.  I'd like to know how the absurd "a calorie is a calorie" myth
originated.  I wonder whether these same experts believe that it doesn't
matter whether you fuel your car with unleaded gasoline or gummy bears.  You
can look up cellular respiration in any introductory biology text and learn
how untrue this claim is.

And I guess that the "all food broken is broken down into glucose" claim
explains why we don't need amino acids or essential fats. ;-)
