Just for clarity regarding my previous post: The point I brought up about
going ahead and "acting" based on general evolutionary principles (in the
absence of complete case-by-case knowledge) was also meant to apply to "not
acting" as well. For example, taking the course of trying *not* eating
certain foods, such as Todd's "forbidden fruits"--in other words, foods
that weren't eaten by hunter-gatherers during Paleolithic times.
