Ener-g foods makes several GF breads w/ tapioca flour used as
one of the ingredients.... but the bread I was referring to (w 11g. of
carbs per slice) is called

"Tapioca Loaf"

Low Protein/Thin sliced  it's a lot like thier brown & white rice
breads, but lower carbs.

It's OK when toasted~ still more like a white bread, and about $3.50 a
loaf
but the lowest carb per slice # I've seen in commercial GF breads.
