As many of us know, Lundberg Rice Farms produces excellent rice
and rice products, including a gluten-free rice syrup. The immense
majority of their products are GF
Tonight I discovered that they also deserve the "Most Concerned
and Conscientious Manufacturer of the Year" award. Their website now
contains an extremely detailed section on "Frequently Asked Questions
about Celiac Disease." Only four of their 75 products contain gluten.

I can only ascribe this to the numerous calls they must have
received from celiacs across the country. This is one company that
responded, as have a few other (Edy's Ice cream, Kozy Shack, etc - all
glory to them). Now if we could only get the major food manufacturers
to follow their example. Kraft, Kraft, when wilt thou get the message?

                               regards to all,
