Hi,

Following is a recipe that I have not tried yet, but heard that it is very
good:

Puddle Cake

1.5 cups white rice flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda

Mix & pour into greased, floured pan and make hole in middle.

Pour into hole:

6 tbsp salad oil or 1 cup apple sauce
1 tbsp apple cidar vinegar
1 cup water

Mix

Bake 350

Check for doneness in 15-20 minutes.
