Mix up your favorite GF pie crust dough (for a 2-crust pie). Roll out the
crust, squaring it as much as possible.

Cut into squares (a pizza cutter is helpful), then put a small amount of
jam on half the squares. Top with the remaining squares and crimp edges
with a fork, then poke tops with fork about four times in rows.

Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes. Cool, top with sugar
glaze (powdered sugar and milk mixed to a thin consistency). Use food
coloring to make a pretty glaze if you want.

It's GF, it's quick and easy, and each pop-tart costs .05 cents to make
compared to nearly .20 a piece for regular pop-tarts!
