This is my first posting but I have found much of the postings have been
very helpful. My wife is recently diagnosed as celiac. Despite being
vigilant about remaining GF, the past week she has wakened to GI
"gurgling". Not necessarily discomfort but enough to wake her up and
worry her that she has consumed some gluten. These episodes seem only
to occur after she lays down not before. Any responses will be greatly
appreciated and summarized.
