I thought I'd pass on some good news for celiacs.  For the past 3 years
Bob & Ruth Levy have organized the Gluten-free Getaway to Nassau and
numerous GF dinners at local restaurants, including national chains
(Don Pablo's, Romano's Macaroni Grill).  In so doing they have acquired
a considerable amount of experience and some degree of expertise.

Many of you have requested they arrange other types of trips, dinners
and/or GF-friendly menus at restaurant chains (both nationally and in
your area), and workshops to teach Celiacs how to deal with eating out
and/or to set up GF dinners.  In response to these requests they are
going to make a full-time business commitment to "BOB & RUTH'S Gluten-
Free DINING & TRAVEL CLUB".

Membership will include: a quarterly newsletter covering "lifestyle" -
not medical - issues; special rates on at least four GF Getaways a year
(cruises, family resorts, etc); as well as their best efforts in
addressing your requests on issues such as airline food.  I believe
they can make a difference in allowing Celiacs to enjoy life almost as
easily as everyone else.
