I don't know who originally asked the question on B-12 and pernicious
anemia, but, there are sublingual forms of B12. I use them and they seem to
be working very well for me.
Using a sublingual form of vitamin you will absorb the medication under the
tongue through the soft mucosal tissues, and therefore the intestinal damage
will not be an issue.
I buy a sublingual B-12 from Trader Joes which is GF. (insert standard
disclaimer) They do however have a milk product in them. So those with
milk problems should probably not use them.
