Thank you to all of you who responded to my request about my wedding
cake! Some asked for a brief summary on the replies I received as they
are also interested in planning for the future...

-Have a total GF cake

-Don't hide the fact that I have this condition. Let people know about
why things will be done differently and don't be so comcerned with
etiquette.

-Do the cake-cutting normally, have each spouse 'feed' each other for the
purposes of pictures - and have the non-gf spouse eat both pieces!

-Beth Killson's recipe from GF pantry for the spice cake - make that and
put it into the regular cake with a separator.

-Small cheesecake type cake

-Make my own cake and have the bakery safely decorate it to match the
wedding
cake.

Thanks again for all the suggestions... I feel much better about all of
this now!!! If anyone else has any more suggestions - I am open to them
all!!!!
