Hi to All,

Ok, I took the plunge and made bread today in my bread machine and I
need some advice. My bread seemed to rise ok but it is spongy. I used
the gluten free pantry's favorite sandwich bread mix. It was also
yellow in color and it is supposed to be a white bread. I followed the
recipe exactly as it is on the package. I used canola oil instead of
butter.

I also used the gluten free pantry's yeast. Any advice on better bread
making would be greatly appreciated. My motto has always been why make
what you can buy, so this is quite the challenge for me. Thanks for
your help,

Karen
