Edit the registry and find "autologon" (without the quotes). You may find
the Compaq autologon, DELETE IT

Our purpose is to force a Compaq Presario 9548 to display the Win95 Network
logon screen at power-up in order to access the network resources. We can
accomplish this task manually by clicking on Start / Shut down / Close all
programs and logon as a new user, but it is not convenient.
Having received your e-mail, we opened Regedit and searched for "autologon"
obtaining in return a single key buried deep in the folder My Computer / H-Key
Local Machine / Software / Microsoft / Windows / Current Version / Network /
Real Mode Net where the value returned was 000 and the data was 00. Is this
what one should expect and how should one respond?
