Regarding the possibility of losing one's voice due to milk
allergy....allergies can do all sorts of things besides the usual running
nose, itchy eyes and digestive upsets.
I have experienced the loss of my voice from drinking a diet soda ( I am
sensitive to Nutrasweet) and also from having to breathe shellac fumes for a
few hours. Then again, you could have an infection. I would certainly not
discount the possibility that milk had a part in what happened.
