Thx Dave
We are only able to buy 99% lactose free milk at the food stores I
frequent in Toronto. I've seen US ads for 100% free so I expect they
will come. I've eaten Lacteeze lactose free ice cream with no problem
but it may be like Tofutti and not contain any milk (haven't read the
label...). I've been pondering whether to give 100% free a try. I
probably will just to get back to milk on my Mini Wheats!!
The pills never seemed to do much for me. However, I started getting
sensitive to fruit juices and, because I'm getting longer in the tooth,
do not process fibre (Canadian spelling!) as efficiently as I used to,
i.e., gaseous. I confused this with continuing LI problems. It is hard
to totally isolate one's symptoms.
