Well, I probably should have run through the complete list of symptoms.
I do have a runny nose when I eat anything with dairy and it may also
explain recurrent cold sores around my mouth (which I've had since I was
small child). I took a much less scientific test at the request of my
family doctor. I drank a 12oz glass of milk one Sunday morning, on an
empty stomach. The results were quite conclusive and devastating. BTW,
my weekend attack probably coincided with a flu attack. My wife became
ill last night with about half of my symptoms (fever, sore ribs,
nauseous). The rest of mine are explained by LI. What a nice double
whammy!!
Don
P.S. According to my doctor, it takes 72 hours for food to clear your
system. I am OK after 4 days generally.
